Getting Started Guide

Getting Started with Your Everform Therapywear

Welcome and congrats on investing in pelvic health that works. Everform isn’t just compression: it’s wearable therapy designed to support recovery from incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain — and help you take back control. (Because pelvic floors? They’re meant to rise.)

1. Achieve Your Perfect Fit

Size with confidence: Measurements are best taken across the widest part of your hips, wearing fitted leggings or shorts, using a fabric tape measure—ideally by someone else.

Still unsure? Book a free Video Fit Consultation with our product experts, and gain access to use the Verifyt scan (FDA-approved) to get precision sizing.

Fit tip: Everform garments are designed to feel like a firm hug—not uncomfortable. They adapt to your body in the first 48–72 hours. For pain, swelling, incontinence and prolapse relief, stick to your recommended size, unless you find them uncomfortable. If you’re between sizes or prefer softer compression, consider sizing up.

2. How to Wear Your Garment

Putting it on: Compression garments take a little effort to get on (but trust us, you will be thankful you made the effort!) This may be easier if you are sitting down to begin with - highly recommended!  Compression garments need care—bunch the waistband and legs (like putting on hosiery!) and gently slide on. This helps you to be able to pull them all the way up. Because the products contain an internal support sling, its crucial that once on, you ensure the waistband is pulled up as high as is comfortable - which will place the sling in the correct place, even when the product settles to its happy place on your body. This ensures anatomical alignment and therapeutic efficacy.

Initial wear: For acute postpartum, post surgical or incontinence recovery or during pregnancy symptoms,  wear your garment 8+ hours daily, as tolerated. Products are safe to wear overnight, just ensure you are not feeling overheated, remove if so. Always follow advice from your health care provider.

Ongoing use: Once symptoms ease, shift to 1–2 hours daily—for activity support or maintenance. Always follow advice from your health care provider.

3. Caring for Your Everform

Washing instructions: Everform garments are built to last. You will get the most out of your products by gentle machine washing in cold temperatures, and utilising an undergarment bag. Longevity tip: Treat your garment gently so it stays supportive and effective. Hand or machine wash on gentle, air dry, and avoid bleach/heat if possible. Products are safe to be tumble-dried, but we recommend line-dying where possible. Regular washing will maintain support.

4. What to Expect from Therapywear

Everform works in three ways:

(1) FemmeCore™ compression sling lifts your pelvic floor and supports continence, abdominal and lower back muscles,  with a targeted pressure ratio.

(2) Sacroiliac support band aligns your pelvic joints to relieve postural and pelvic girdle pain, as well as acting as the anchor to the FemmeCore ™ compression sling.

(3) Bump Sling™ (pregnancy products) stabilises posture and alleviates abdominal strain, supporting your bump and connective tissues. Gentle abdominal support in our postpartum and incontinence/ prolapse products ensures holistic recovery.

5. How You Might Feel

Comfort vs. firmness: You may feel initial tightness or mild muscle awareness—that’s usually a sign your muscles are activating. Everform products should never feel uncomfortable. If you are unsure about fit and feel, you can reach out to our product team for a free online fit consultation.

Adjusting wear time: Increase as comfort allows. For acute symptoms, we recommend wearing 8+ hours a day. Reducing to activity based wear as your symptoms reduce (after 6-12 weeks).

6. Bonus Benefits You Might Find Helpful
