Hosted by Everform Founder and Physiotherapist and pregnancy fitness and wellness expert, Rosie Dumbrell, Mama Matters is your go-to podcast for real, evidence-based conversations on pregnancy, postpartum and pelvic health.
With interviews from industry-leading experts and stories of my own adventures as a mother to three gorgeous boys, I want to share the stuff that helps grow confidence throughout motherhood. We’ll talk pregnancy care, pelvic health, birth prep, prolapse and perineums, but also relationships, mental health, sleep deprivation, and the identity crisis that sometimes shows up along the way.
Nothing’s off-limits, and we’re here to make your journey just a little smoother, a little stronger, and a lot more supported.

I wouldn't have believed that anything could do this, let alone something that actually felt better on than off. Their effectiveness does linger for a while after taking them off too. I couldn't make a pessary work, but with these on I can. The thing is that I just don't need one any more. The briefs seem to correct the layout down there without exacerbating constipation & they afford more control of #1's & #2's.
Wish I'd had these in the early days, they're great. That heavy feeling could be severe enough to make me google "can you die from turning inside out". I'm still getting it - years later - whenever I'm sick or run down. These svelte knickers really give my pelvic floor a supportive lift. It's comfortable and comforting as I straggle after kiddo/s, draped in vehicles/toys/discarded clothing/bags of dirty nappies/"treasures" etc etc, when camel toe is the last thing on my mind.
I'll be honest - things got a bit messy down there after giving birth. Although it's been a shemozzle for years, these seem to kind of reset my whole pelvic situation. And not just the vag stuff - my poor colorectal parts are working better. Sooooooooooo worth the $.
They keep slipping down, so dont support enough, i think its the fabric being slippery/silky
Thanks for your review - it sounds like the sizing isnt correct- we have reached out via email to book a fitting consultation with one of our fit experts.
I experienced pelvic girdle pain early on in my pregnancy and my physio recommended Everform. I was skeptical at first but my gosh it’s helped me so much! I can’t live without it. Would definitely recommend!
