Hosted by Everform Founder and Physiotherapist and pregnancy fitness and wellness expert, Rosie Dumbrell, Mama Matters is your go-to podcast for real, evidence-based conversations on pregnancy, postpartum and pelvic health.
With interviews from industry-leading experts and stories of my own adventures as a mother to three gorgeous boys, I want to share the stuff that helps grow confidence throughout motherhood. We’ll talk pregnancy care, pelvic health, birth prep, prolapse and perineums, but also relationships, mental health, sleep deprivation, and the identity crisis that sometimes shows up along the way.
Nothing’s off-limits, and we’re here to make your journey just a little smoother, a little stronger, and a lot more supported.

Really love these. They've provided good pelvic support as well as blood pooling support for POTS. I appreciate I can wear them underneath normal clothes. Just wish they had much stronger compression options for someone who likes really strong compression, and came in other colours!
I felt supported and secure post birth with the 8 inch recovery shorts
I purchased 5" PP support shorts and briefs and really recommend them post C-section. I've been wearing them for about a month now, and they provide firm but comfortable support without aggravating the incision site. Sizing chart and instructions were accurate and I began wearing them about one week PP. They have funny little straps to help to pull them up but I wouldn't use them because they tend to snap. Just shimmy into them!
I like how the gusset is detached (sort of floating) so that you can more easily use a pad/liner if needed. Briefs are great under loose, comfy shorts and the shorts look great under a long button-down shirt.
I am struggling big time with pelvic pain in the middle of my pregnancy. These shorts have been my best friend. Giving me much needed support when I am shuffling around in pain. I would recommend them. They are made really well. Supportive without being restrictive. Sizing was spot on. I wear them on their own or underneath clothing.
Desperate for some relief from my prolapse whilst I await a specialist appointment I actually bought the LBL Recovery as the Pro Support wasn't available in my size. I have a fairly advanced prolapse and I am amazed at the lift it provides to enable me to exercise or be on my feet all day. An issue I have is the waistline is more elasticised isn't the best fit for my stomach and rolls after a short time wearing it. This can become quite tight and uncomfortable if I am out and unable to constantly adjust it. It is a sacrifice I am willing to pay for the benefit of supporting my prolapse. Perhaps a wider band at the top would suit me better. I also wear a pair of my usual cotton briefs underneath as the sling texture feels a bit too coarse on my skin. Maybe just a menopausal thing.
