FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I claim my health insurance rebate?

Easy. First, check your cover using the ARTG numbers:

– Postpartum: ARTG #370871

– Pregnancy: ARTG #370870
– Prolapse: ARTG #370871

– Incontinence: ARTG #370871

Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send a receipt to your inbox with the ARTG number included. Just forward that to your insurer to process your health fund rebate. That’s it

How much is the Health Insurance Rebate?

This depends on your provider and level of cover, so it’s best to check with your insurer directly to see what you’re eligible for. (But yes, many of our customers are able to claim!)

Where do I find the provider number?

Your referring health professional — physio, GP, OB etc — will be able to provide their Medicare provider number if your insurer asks for it.

How tight is Everform’s compression?

Supportive? Yes. Suffocating? Absolutely not. Our garments are designed to be firm enough to do their job, but not so tight that you dread putting them on. If you're in between sizes or sensitive to firm clothing, we recommend sizing up. It should feel secure, relieving, and something you want to wear. Expect them to settle and mould to your body in the first 48–72 hours.

What should I do if I’m between two sizes?

If you’re sitting on the size line, here’s the lowdown.

Go for the larger size if:

– You’re in early pregnancy

– You’re not currently treating symptoms like pelvic pain or heaviness

– You’re new to compression wear

– You hate that “tight” feeling

Go for the smaller size if:

– You’re treating pelvic symptoms like lower back pain, prolapse or heaviness

– You’ve worn compression before and know the drill

– You’re late pregnancy

– You actually like feeling snug and supported

Still unsure? Think about what you want from the garment: comfort-only or therapeutic support. And if in doubt, drop us a line, we’re happy to help.

Is it difficult to put Everform compression on?

We won’t lie, compression takes a little more wiggle than your average shorts. But it’s worth it. To pull your Everform on, bunch up the waistband and legs, slide your legs through so your ankles are in place, and roll up slowly - just like pulling on your favourite stockings or tight jeans (remember those!). It’ll feel snug (on purpose), but once it’s on and in place, you’ll get that “ahhh” moment. Proper fit = proper function = faster healing.

Which products are best for swelling management?

Go for the long leg variants, they're made to support venous return, reduce swelling, and ease symptoms of varicose veins in the legs, ankles, and feet.

How long should I wear my Everform product?

Pregnancy: You can wear your Everform compression during the day and even at night — just chat to your doctor before sleeping in them.

Postpartum: Wear them for as many hours as they feel good. Some people wear them day and night. Some rotate with their regular undies. Your body, your call.

Will my one Everform fit me for my whole pregnancy?

Yep! We designed Everform to support you all the way through. Based on healthy, average pregnancy weight gain, your usual size should grow with you. But comfort is key. If it ever feels too firm, it’s okay to size up. It should feel like a hug, not a squeeze.

When should I order my postpartum recovery?

We recommend ordering around 4 weeks before your due date — just in case your little one decides to make an early entrance. Measure your hips (your most size stable point) at 36 weeks to get the most accurate size. Remember, measuring before 36 weeks could lead to inaccurate sizing so its best to wait out until this point. Once you have you new Everform, pop them into your hospital bag so you’re ready to go.

How does Everform benefit pelvic health?

Most compression wear puts all the pressure on your abs, which might feel supportive, but can actually make things worse for your pelvic floor. Everform does the opposite. Our patented FemmeCore™ sling gently lifts your pelvic floor back into its optimal position, supporting recovery from things like prolapse, incontinence, and post-surgical tension. It’s all about balance — targeted compression where you need it, and zero pressure where you don’t.

What is FemmeCore™?

FemmeCore™ is the medical grade tech inside every Everform product. A smart, patented design that delivers the kind of pelvic floor support your standard shapewear could never dream of. It lifts your pelvic organs, reduces pressure, and works on a special compression ratio (pelvic floor to abdominals) to help restore healthy function and continence.

Why should we be thinking about pelvic health?

Because the numbers speak for themselves:
 – 50% of women will experience pelvic organ prolapse after birth
 – 38% will continue to experience incontinence long after delivery
 – Up to 70% will leak during pregnancy
 – Over 200 million women worldwide are living with incontinence

Pelvic health affects everything and it’s time we stopped pretending it’s just “part of motherhood.” You deserve better. That’s why we’re here.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Australia is $10 for standard and $15 for express. Because we know that when you’re leaking or in pain, waiting isn’t cute.

Do you ship Internationally?

We do. Standard international shipping is free for orders over $250 AUD. If your order’s under that, we cap shipping at $39 AUD (under 1kg), with most packages landing closer to $29 AUD, depending on where you are.
