Care, Fit & Materials

Everform Therapywear is medical-grade compression, so our sizing works differently to standard everyday clothing. Therapywear needs a firm, calculated fit to actually deliver its therapeutic benefits, which is why getting your measurements right matters so much. Always measure using our sizing guide before you order. If you're between sizes and want a more relaxed feel, size up.

Your hip measurement is the primary sizing point for every Everform garment. For the most accurate result, ask someone to help you measure. We use your largest hip and buttock measurement to make sure you can pull the garment on easily, and that it delivers the best possible pelvic girdle and pelvic floor support. If you're between sizes, measure your waist too, it'll help guide your decision.

Size up if:

No problem, bodies change fast, especially around pregnancy and postpartum. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still has its tags and original packaging. We won't lie, compression takes a little more effort than pulling on your average pair of shorts. But it's worth every second. Bunch up the waistband and legs, slide your feet through so your ankles are in place, then roll the fabric up slowly, just like pulling on a pair of stockings or your tightest jeans. It'll feel snug (that's the point), but once it's on, you'll get that “ahh, that's better” moment. Proper fit means proper function, which means faster healing.

Our fabrics are chosen for support, comfort and durability:
– Compression fabric: 64% nylon, 36% elastane
– Power mesh: 77% nylon, 23% elastane
– Absorbent wicking gusset: outer 100% polyester, lining 57% rayon, 43% cupro

Machine wash cold, and always check the care label on your garment and product page for specific instructions.

Our garments are designed to be worn as underwear, under clothing, or as outerwear, and they're built to move with you through exercise. We recommend taking them off for showering and swimming.

Everform Pregnancy

As soon as you notice symptoms — pelvic girdle pain, lower back pain, swelling or leaking. Many women choose to start early in pregnancy, simply as part of taking good care of their changing body. That said, some find their stomach is sensitive to compression in the first 12 weeks. If that's you, listen to your body and wait until the sensitivity settles, usually around week 13 onwards.

Firm, but comfortable. The right size should feel like a firm, supportive hug, not restrictive, uncomfortable, or ever painful.

Medical compression is thermally safe to wear overnight, but during pregnancy we recommend only doing so with guidance from your pregnancy care professional.

No. Everform Therapywear is designed to replace your underwear, this is where our FemmeCore™ sling does its best work. You're welcome to wear underwear underneath if you prefer. Our Pregnancy range offers 10ml of leak protection (outerwear, leggings & shorts) and 20ml (briefs), so you can forgo bulky pads and get on with your day.

No you don't. Everform Therapywear is designed to replace pads too, this is where our FemmeCore™ sling does its best work, addressing the root cause of leaks rather than just catching them. Yes. We designed Everform to support you the whole way through, from first trimester to third (and even your fourth). The stretch mesh in our Bump Sling is designed to grow with you across your entire pregnancy. Based on healthy, average pregnancy weight gain, your usual size should stay with you too. But comfort comes first: if it ever feels too firm, size up. It should always feel like a hug, never a squeeze.

Everform Recovery & Postpartum

We recommend ordering around 4 weeks before your due date, just in case your little one arrives early. Measure your hips (your most size-stable point) at 37 weeks for the most accurate fit — measuring any earlier can lead to inaccurate sizing. Once your Therapywear arrives, pop it into your hospital bag so you're ready to go.

Yes. From 37 weeks of pregnancy is the ideal time, so you can walk into birth ready for postpartum recovery. Your hip measurement, the widest part of your hips, stays relatively size-stable from this point onwards.

As soon as you feel ready. Your pregnancy garment can be a great bridging option in the first couple of days after birth, if you're not quite ready for the postpartum product yet.

Yes. Our entire Postpartum range is designed to support both vaginal and C-section birth recovery. It distributes holistic, structural support across your healing abdomen, pelvis and pelvic floor, including the deep tissue layers affected by surgery, and offers direct, comfortable support around your C-section scar. The range features:

Most customers begin wearing the Postpartum Recovery range within the first few days after their C-section. Listen to your body and let pain be a guide. As soon as you can get the garment on without discomfort, and can sit down comfortably while wearing it, that's a great sign, and always ensure this is in line with guidance from your surgeon or care team.

Many find it most valuable in the first six to twelve weeks, though it's designed for ongoing use well beyond that too.

Start seated, and let comfort be your guide. You should be able to manoeuvre it on without a struggle. If you're really fighting the fabric, it's worth double-checking your size.

We recommend wearing your postpartum compression as much as feels comfortable for the first 6–8 weeks, then easing off to wearing it as extra support as you return to activity, particularly anything with impact, like running or jumping.

In the first few days or weeks after birth, if you're experiencing heavy lochia (bleeding), you'll still need postpartum pads underneath. Once bleeding eases to a light flow, you can wear your Therapywear on its own.

Our Postpartum range offers 10ml of leak protection (outerwear, leggings & shorts) and 20ml (briefs), so you can forgo bulky pads once things settle. In the first few days or weeks after birth, if you have heavy lochia (bleeding), you'll need postpartum pads underneath. Once your flow lightens, you can wear your Therapywear on its own.

Diastasis recti is the partial or complete separation of the rectus abdominis, the paired muscles that run down the centre of your stomach. During pregnancy, the connective tissue between them stretches at the midline to make room for your growing baby, which can leave you with weaker core support, lower back pain, and that “doming” you might notice when you sit up.

Wearing medical-grade compression, like our Postpartum Recovery Leggings, Shorts & Briefs, gives that muscle and connective tissue external, structural support. Unlike a belly band, Everform Therapywear offers holistic structural support. Everform Pelvic Health & Menopause

Pelvic organ prolapse (POP) happens when your pelvic floor muscles and the connective tissue supporting them weaken, allowing organs like your bladder, uterus, or rectum to drop and press into (or out of) your vagina. It's incredibly common, often linked to childbirth, ageing, or repeated straining, and it's nothing to feel embarrassed about.

Plenty of mild cases have no noticeable symptoms at all. When symptoms do show up, they can include a feeling of heaviness or dragging, a visible or noticeable bulge, trouble fully emptying your bladder or bowel, light bladder leaks, or general discomfort.

We recommend our Pro Support Range. It's designed for daily wear and built around a pelvic floor sling that provides structural lift and support to both the muscles and the connective tissue of your pelvic floor. Supporting both parts, muscular and non-muscular, is a key part of prolapse recovery.

Our LBL Briefs are specifically designed for light bladder leaks. They're built using FemmeCore™ technology, a pelvic floor sling in the gusset that lifts the connective tissue of your pelvic floor and stabilises the urethra, two of the most common reasons women experience stress urinary incontinence.

Here's the mechanism: when pelvic connective tissue weakens, it can't support the urethra properly, so the bladder neck drops. During things like coughing, lifting, sneezing or jumping, the urethra can't seal, and that's when leaks happen. Lift, align and balance that connective tissue, and you give your pelvic girdle the structural support it needs to function properly.

Midlife brings hormonal shifts that touch nearly every part of your pelvic region. As oestrogen levels decline through perimenopause and menopause, your pelvic floor muscles and connective tissue can become thinner and less elastic, meaning the support system around your bladder, uterus and bowel isn't as strong as it used to be.

Our Postpartum range has a high waistband that sits under the bra line, designed to support midline recovery after birth. Our Pelvic Health Therapywear (Pro Support Briefs & LBL Briefs) sits lower, on the hip line, for everyday, targeted pelvic floor support.

We recommend daily wear for the first 6–8 weeks, to help with pelvic floor dysfunction, prolapse or incontinence. After that, wear them whenever you'd expect to feel your usual symptoms, whether that's a long day on your feet or a strenuous workout.

Yes, in the right places. Expect firm uplift through the pelvic floor, with mild-to-moderate support across the tummy. They should never feel tight across your stomach.

Absolutely, though they do their best work while you're up and moving through your day.

Yes. Both feature a four-layer, leakproof gusset that controls odour and absorbs up to 20ml.

If you experience light to moderate leakage, we recommend starting without a pad, ideally at home, where a little leakage won't throw you off. Our Therapywear is designed to address the anatomy behind incontinence, so you'll likely leak less than usual, or not at all. But the absorbency is there for confidence, so you can get going from day one. If you're a heavier leaker, follow the same approach, or wear a pad underneath at first to see how you go.

Once you've placed your order, we'll email you a receipt with the ARTG number included. Forward that to your insurer, and they'll process your rebate. That's it.

It depends on your provider and level of cover, so it's worth checking with your insurer directly to see what you're eligible for. The good news? Many of our customers are able to claim.

Your referring health professional, physio, GP, or OB, can give you their Medicare provider number if your insurer asks for it.

Shipping within Australia is $10 standard or $15 express. Because when you're leaking or in pain, waiting isn't cute.

We do. Standard international shipping is free on orders over $250 AUD. Under that, shipping is capped at $39 AUD (for orders under 1kg), with most packages landing closer to $29 AUD depending on your location.
