Is it difficult to put Everform compression on?
+
Compared to a regular pair of shorts or leggings, compression shorts require a bit more care and attention when putting them on as there are different pressures through the garment. The best option is to bunch the waistband and leg and slide your leg through. It’s important that compression is well fitted against your body to ensure anatomical alignment and quicker healing.

Pelvic Health
How does Everform benefit Pelvic Health
+
Traditional compression wear is missing a crucial element - with an overemphasis on abdominal support which can have a negative effect on the pelvic floor and its support function, with the potential to exacerbate pelvic floor support related disorders such as incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.
Everform garments provide an uplift support through the Femmcore sling gusset that brings the pelvic floor to its optimal position for function. Balanced compression so the abdomen is not over compressed optimises healing for pelvic floor and abdominal regions, as well as prevent the ‘overactive” or too-tight pelvic floor that often occurs after abdominal surgery.
What is Femme Core?
+
Our Medical grade products are all engineered with our patent - pending FemmeCore (™) technology which lifts the pelvic floor, supports pelvic floor function and provides support for the pelvic organs and continence. This is driven by a balanced compression system providing at least a 2:1 ratio of pelvic floor: abdominal support (and up to 4:1)
Why should we be thinking about Pelvic Health?
+
Why a renewed focus on pelvic health is due to the troubling statistics worldwide;
50% of women suffer pelvic floor prolapse after birth
38% of women suffer from incontinence ongoing after childbirth
50%-70% of women will leak and experience debilitating pelvic symptoms during pregnancy
200 million women worldwide suffer from incontinence
