Within Australia:

Place your order before 1pm on any business day, and we’ll ship it out that day.Express Shipping arrives in 1–2 business days.


Standard Shipping usually takes 2–8 days, depending on where you are.

All orders may be sent with “Authority to Leave” — so keep an eye on your doorstep.
Orders over $200 → Free Express Shipping
Orders under $200 → $10 Standard or $15 Express

International orders:

Yes, we ship worldwide! Because pelvic support shouldn’t have borders. All international orders ship with DHL and are calculated based on location.

Heads up: local taxes and duties aren’t covered by us, and customs delays are out of our hands.

Returns & Exchanges

No dramas, we’ve got 30-day hassle-free returns.

If your Everform order isn’t quite right, you’ve got 30 days from the day it arrives to return or exchange it. If you used Verifyt to scan your body, you’re covered by our 30-day money back guarantee.

To receive a full refund, please return your item unused, in its original packaging, and in a box similar to the one it arrived in. All return postage is at your expense, and we recommend using a tracked service. We can’t be held responsible for items that don’t make it back to us.

We also ask that you dust off any fibres or lint that may have stuck to the garment while trying it on — think of it like sending it back the way you'd want to receive it. It helps us process your return quickly and smoothly (and keeps our warehouse team smiling).

Underwear Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, we’re only able to accept returns on underwear if the box is unopened and the garments are unworn — unless, of course, the item is faulty.

You’re welcome to request a credit or product exchange within 30 days, just make sure your items meet the above conditions.

Sale Items
Sale’s final, folks. We don’t accept returns or exchanges on discounted items — unless something’s seriously not right. In that case, we may offer a return or exchange at our discretion and charge a $20 admin fee to process it.
