ALL YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

What should I do if I’m between two sizes?

If you’re sitting on the size line, here’s the lowdown.

Go for the larger size if:

– You’re in early pregnancy

– You’re not currently treating symptoms like pelvic pain or heaviness

– You’re new to compression wear

– You hate that “tight” feeling

Go for the smaller size if:

– You’re treating pelvic symptoms like lower back pain, prolapse or heaviness

– You’ve worn compression before and know the drill

– You’re late pregnancy

– You actually like feeling snug and supported

Still unsure?
Think about what you want from the garment: comfort-only or therapeutic support. And if in doubt, drop us a line, we’re happy to help.

Why is getting the right fit so important?

Because this isn’t just a pair of shorts. It’s therapywear designed to lift, align and support your pelvic girdle. If the fit is off, the support won’t land where it should. A good fit = better results. Always.

Why doesn’t Everform sizing match my usual clothing size?

We size based on your widest hip measurement. Why? Because that’s what delivers the pelvic support you actually need, especially for the pelvic floor and girdle.
So yes, you might go up a size compared to your regular clothing, especially if you’ve got a natural hourglass or pear shape. That’s totally normal.

Is it difficult to put Everform compression on?

We won’t lie, compression takes a little more wiggle than your average shorts. But it’s worth it. Bunch up the waistband and legs, slide your leg through, and pull up slowly. It’ll feel snug (on purpose), but once it’s on and in place, you’ll get that “ahhh” moment. Proper fit = proper function = faster healing.

How tight is Everform’s compression?

Supportive? Yes. Suffocating? Absolutely not. Our garments are designed to be firm enough to do their job, but not so tight that you dread putting them on. If you're in between sizes or sensitive to firm clothing, we recommend sizing up. It should feel secure, relieving, and something you want to wear. Expect them to settle and mould to your body in the first 48–72 hours.

Will my one Everform fit me for my whole pregnancy?

Yep! We designed Everform to support you all the way through. Based on healthy, average pregnancy weight gain, your usual size should grow with you. But comfort is key. If it ever feels too firm, it’s okay to size up. It should feel like a hug, not a squeeze.
