Purchased these shorts mid way thru my second pregnancy as I was struggling with SPD pain & pelvic heaviness , helped heaps wore them daily under my pants , I felt supported & comfortable highly recommend. I was recommended these tights by my pelvic floor physio while experiencing muscle pain around my ribs, lower back and glutes, and they made an incredible difference. I wore them daily throughout my pregnancy and noticed a significant reduction in pain.
Compared with my first pregnancy, when I only wore a support band (Tubi Grip), I experienced much less pain in my legs, glutes and lower back this time around. I also found that the tights extending up to my ribs provided much better support for my core.

Great quality material that gives support where i need it. I had a c-section and i feel well supported over my scar and lower abdo. Top part doesn't roll down. Firm support, chose size as per measurement and fit guide which was perfect for me. Worth the money
