I purchased 5" PP support shorts and briefs and really recommend them post C-section. I've been wearing them for about a month now, and they provide firm but comfortable support without aggravating the incision site. Sizing chart and instructions were accurate and I began wearing them about one week PP. They have funny little straps to help to pull them up but I wouldn't use them because they tend to snap. Just shimmy into them!
I like how the gusset is detached (sort of floating) so that you can more easily use a pad/liner if needed. Briefs are great under loose, comfy shorts and the shorts look great under a long button-down shirt.
I am struggling big time with pelvic pain in the middle of my pregnancy. These shorts have been my best friend. Giving me much needed support when I am shuffling around in pain. I would recommend them. They are made really well. Supportive without being restrictive. Sizing was spot on. I wear them on their own or underneath clothing.
Desperate for some relief from my prolapse whilst I await a specialist appointment I actually bought the LBL Recovery as the Pro Support wasn't available in my size. I have a fairly advanced prolapse and I am amazed at the lift it provides to enable me to exercise or be on my feet all day. An issue I have is the waistline is more elasticised isn't the best fit for my stomach and rolls after a short time wearing it. This can become quite tight and uncomfortable if I am out and unable to constantly adjust it. It is a sacrifice I am willing to pay for the benefit of supporting my prolapse. Perhaps a wider band at the top would suit me better. I also wear a pair of my usual cotton briefs underneath as the sling texture feels a bit too coarse on my skin. Maybe just a menopausal thing.
I’ve been very happy with the Everform pregnancy compression tights. The compression feels supportive without being too tight, which really helps with tired legs and mild swelling during pregnancy. The fabric is soft, breathable, and stretches nicely as the belly grows.
The waistband sits comfortably over the bump and doesn’t roll down, which is something I’ve struggled with in other maternity tights. They are also durable and keep their shape well after washing.
I just wish they would come in nude color as well to be able to wear them under dresses or other clothes.
Overall, they are a great combination of comfort, support, and quality for pregnancy.
I experienced bad round ligament and pelvic girdle pain through pregnancy, as well as urinary incontinence. As you can imagine, this made me quite hesitant about how to continue with my usual exercise routine. In combination with regular physio treatment, my Everforms were the ultimate support. They grew with my belly from 16 right through to 39 weeks, the fabric continued to breath through a heatwave, and they washed and wore perfectly. I've been recommending Everform to all my gym pals and instructors, and will absolutely be stocking up for postpartum!!
