30-DAY RETURNS
We offer 30-day returns from the date you receive your order.
During this period you may request a refund, exchange, or store credit (depending on the item type).
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, inside an outer mailer box similar to the one your order arrived in. Returns sent in satchels may incur warehouse quarantine fees or be rejected.

- Your order number
- Your full name
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- The reason for the return/exchange
- If requesting an exchange, please specify the new size or product you need
Exchanges
Postpartum Recovery Briefs, LBL & Pro Support Briefs
These products are eligible for exchange or store credit only, in as-new, unworn condition.
To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, your item must meet all of the following:
- Must be in original, as-new condition
- All tags, hygiene seals, and packaging intact
- Not worn, washed, stretched, or altered
- Returned in its original Everform box, placed inside an outer shipping box
- Completely dust-free, odour-free, and free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, fake tan or marks
Rejected items will be returned to you, and shipping costs will not be covered by Everform.
Full-priced items are eligible for:
- Refund
- Exchange
- Store credit
During sale periods:
- Refunds are not offered
- Eligible items can be returned for store credit or exchange only
An administration fee may apply for discounted items or returns received not in new/as-received condition.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
