Returns & Exchanges

EXCHANGES POLICY
30-DAY RETURNS
We offer 30-day returns from the date you receive your order.
During this period you may request a refund, exchange, or store credit (depending on the item type).
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging, inside an outer mailer box similar to the one your order arrived in. Returns sent in satchels may incur warehouse quarantine fees or be rejected.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

2. Provide Your Order Details
When contacting us, please include:
  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for the return/exchange
  • If requesting an exchange, please specify the new size or product you need
Providing these details ensures we can process your request quickly and accurately.

ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Exchanges

To start an exchange for standard orders, please use our self-service exchange portal:

Postpartum Recovery Briefs, LBL & Pro Support Briefs
These products are eligible for exchange or store credit only, in as-new, unworn condition.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, your item must meet all of the following:
  • Must be in original, as-new condition
  • All tags, hygiene seals, and packaging intact
  • Not worn, washed, stretched, or altered
  • Returned in its original Everform box, placed inside an outer shipping box
  • Completely dust-free, odour-free, and free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, fake tan or marks
Everform reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.
Rejected items will be returned to you, and shipping costs will not be covered by Everform.

FULL-PRICED ITEMS
Full-priced items are eligible for:
  • Refund
  • Exchange
  • Store credit
If your original payment was made with a gift voucher or store credit, a new credit will be issued.

SALE PERIODS (e.g., Black Friday, Boxing Day, Promotions)
During sale periods:
  • Refunds are not offered
  • Eligible items can be returned for store credit or exchange only
Administration Fee
An administration fee may apply for discounted items or returns received not in new/as-received condition.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days at:

Please include:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the fault
We will assess your case as a priority and resolve it promptly.

ARE RETURNS FREE?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
 
For approved exchanges, Everform covers the cost of sending the replacement item back to you.
