These were comfortable and I felt supported however I found the waist kept rolling down
I had the everform brand recommended to me by a physio at a baby expo after talking to her about hip pain and I jumped online to have a look! Loving the style, I got a referral from my doctor to claim ahealth rebate and then ummed and ahhed about sizing for longer than I should have!
I am right on the line between size s and m, so decided to go up a size for the pregnancy shorts and down a size for post partum. The mediums are fabulous, at 30 weeks pregnant they are a huge weight off (literally) and are short enough to wear under summer dresses. Can't wait to try the recovery shorts and hopefully I made the right decision about sizing, although they look good compared to other pre-pregnancy leggings I have.
Good quality however even a size L the compression is sooooo tight that my ribs start to hurt after an hour of wear and im a size s-m on the worst of days
I purchased 2 pairs of the support undies. I am so, so happy with them. I have also loved the pregnancy leggings and postpartum shorts by Everform as well.
With PF damage, I usually wear leggings/bike shorts from the minute I get up to feel supported. I was thinking I’d need to wear bike shorts under any flowy dresses this summer. I can now wear the underwear under my looser clothing and feel supported all day. I’m thrilled that there’s a lovely product, that really works to support women with PF issues.
