Everform Partner Program — Terms

This agreement is between Everform Therapywear Pty Ltd (ABN 79 672 123 983) (“Everform”, “we”, “us”) and the person or business applying to join the Everform Partner Program (“Partner”, “you”).

By submitting a partner application, or by using a referral link or code issued to you, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not apply to or use the program.

1. The program

Everform operates two referral pathways: Health Professional Referral, for registered health practitioners, and The Everform Village, for community partners, reviewers and online creators. Both are referred to in this agreement as the “Program”. Stockist arrangements are governed by a separate wholesale agreement and are not covered by this document.

2. Your referral link and tracking

On approval, Everform will issue you a unique referral link and QR code through Impact, our third-party partner platform. Impact tracks referred sales using a last-click attribution model: the most recent qualifying link a customer clicks before completing a purchase receives credit for that sale, within the tracking window set in Impact at the time of the click. Attribution rules are configured and administered in Impact and may be updated by Everform from time to time; the version in effect at the time of a click applies to that click.

3. Commission and client discount

You will earn 10% commission on the net value of each sale attributed to you in accordance with clause 2. Customers who purchase through your link or code receive an exclusive discount on their order.

If you are a registered health professional, you may elect to opt out of receiving commission while still providing the exclusive patient discount to your clients. You can set this preference in your Impact dashboard, or by emailing christine@everformwear.com.

4. Payment

Commission is calculated and paid monthly, at the end of each calendar month, to the payment method you nominate in your Impact dashboard. No minimum payout threshold currently applies. Everform is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect payment details supplied by you.

5. Health professionals — disclosure obligation

If you are a registered health practitioner and elect to receive commission, you must disclose that financial interest to any client or patient before recommending Everform products to them. This reflects your obligations under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law, which treats an undisclosed financial interest in a referral as a form of unprofessional conduct. This clause applies regardless of whether you separately hold a Wholesale account.

6. How you may use your link

You may share your referral link and code on your own website, clinic materials, and social channels. You must not place your link on, or otherwise associate Everform with, content that is sexually explicit, promotes violence, promotes illegal activity, or promotes discrimination on the basis of a protected attribute. You must not misrepresent your relationship with Everform, make claims about Everform products beyond what Everform publishes, or use paid search advertising on Everform's own brand terms without our prior written consent.

7. Term and termination

Either party may end this agreement at any time by giving written notice. Everform may suspend or terminate your participation immediately if you breach clause 6, misrepresent your qualifications, or engage in fraudulent referral activity. On termination, commission properly earned before the termination date remains payable in the ordinary payment cycle; no further referral link or code will be issued.

8. Relationship of the parties

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and Everform.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Feels Great!

The fit does run a bit small so just be prepared for it to be a bit of a squeeze. But once it is on it feels very supportive! At first I wanted to wear it right after birth but I did not fit, so I waited for a week or so and now it fits great!

Poor customer service and unclear communication

I waited almost 3 weeks for my order, and while I take responsibility for selecting the wrong size, I did measure beforehand. Unfortunately, being pregnant, my body changed by 4cm in that time — something completely outside of my control.

All I wanted was a simple size exchange. Instead, the entire process has been unnecessarily complicated, unclear, and frustrating.

Here’s what I’ve been told:

- I had to pay for return postage (which I’ve already done)
- I now have to pay an “admin fee” that was never clearly disclosed upfront, and I’ve been quoted different amounts ranging from $20 to $45
- I may also have to pay for postage again on top of that
- No refund is available — only store credit — despite the entire website being on sale when I purchased
- No one can give me a straight answer on whether I’ll actually receive store credit or a direct exchange for the correct size

I’ve been going back and forth with Roise and Christiane over a long email thread, repeatedly asking for clear, direct answers — and instead, I’m getting vague responses and explanations about how the business operates, rather than actual solutions.

To make things worse, I was encouraged to repurchase the item in the correct size before even returning my original pair, with no guarantee I would receive my store credit. That is not a reasonable expectation.

This whole experience feels disorganised, inconsistent, and unfair to the customer. Policies are not communicated clearly, costs keep changing, and getting a straight answer seems impossible.

At this point, I still don’t even know what outcome I’m getting or if im going to get a store credit or exchange or what i have to pay ontop of what ive already paid for — which says everything.

The products seem to be good quality but i will not be buying from them again.
I hope im lucky enough to get a credit or my money back once they have received the leggings.

Extremely disappointing.

Perfect for winter postpartum

These pants are a must-have for winter postpartum! They’re so easy to throw on with any top when heading out, making getting dressed effortless.

The support they provide is amazing—it helped me feel much more stable and confident walking around, while also easing my postpartum back pain.

I sized up for the postpartum period, and it was the perfect choice. They were comfortable to wear without feeling too tight or restrictive, especially while I was still a little swollen. I highly recommend them to any new mum looking for both comfort and support.

Love the support

After my C-section, I had quite a bit of back pain and felt very wobbly whenever I walked around. These shorts gave me the extra support I needed and made me feel much more confident and stable while moving.

I also love that they’re only 8 inches long, which makes them easy and comfortable to wear. I think they’ll be especially great during summer.

I chose to size up, and the fit has been perfect for the postpartum period when you’re still a little swollen. Overall, they’ve been a fantastic addition to my postpartum recovery, and I’d definitely recommend them to other new mums.
