Awesome support and relief for pelvic girdle pain. Only downside for me is that I have a short torso, so the top section is a little long, and combined with the tight length of the pants, it can feel like too much compression after 4+ hours. I expect this won't be as intense in cooler months.

These shorts have been a saviour on a recent holiday that involved quite a bit of walking at 22 weeks pregnant. Supportive in all 3 ways mentioned and they don't ride up the legs. I recommend!
Size wise, I measured on the end of the 'small' size and am glad that I went with this size as they became comfier after a few wears.
These offer fantastic support in late pregnancy- really good for that feeling of heaviness and supporting the weight of the belly. They offer so much more support than non therapy shorts (eg rockwear & emamaco). I prefer these to the long version purely as they are easier to get on.
