My pelvic floor physio recommended I wear these while returning to running postpartum. I think these could be great pelvic support underwear, but it's so hard to get a good fit that I would actually recommend that anyone considering it purchase only if they are able to try on in person.
I bought size L based on my measurements, and they're not just one size off, they're possibly two or three sizes off. I can get them on (with the sound of a couple threads breaking), but can only wear for a minute or so before they start rolling down. There's no way I could wear these for the recommended 8 hours. It's not a great feeling postpartum to not be able to wear clothes that should, in theory, be able to fit. I had a vaginal delivery and I can't imagine attempting to get these on if I'd had a c-section.
Shipping outside of Australia is expensive, and customer service has not responded to my inquiry about an exchange yet (sent 5 days ago.) I really want to like this, but for the cost, the sizing is a fiction, shipping expensive, and customer service lacking. To anyone considering, I recommend looking at support brands that are locally available.
The gusset sits perfectly - snug enough to afford confidence, yet so comfortable that I won't be returning to normal knickers. I love the attention to detail in design elements like the placement of the seams so as to avoid those in my leggings & shorts.
Most mums I know have visited the wriggly bum section of the pharmacy. These undies don't just stop leakage of pee, poo & farts, compliment the magic leggings & shorts in their role of minimising pain & swelling, but they seem to trap worm eggs too!
Love love love ❤️. Perfect, only Issue is it rolls back but great quality very happy thank
You
Last night I had a quick shower after my little one went to sleep, so tired that I could barely stand up. But after too much procrastination, I had to treat my gross fungal toenails. I put these back on and opened the bottle of antifungal liquid. I fell asleep in the middle of it, holding the open bottle of acid. Twice. I then managed to change another nappy poo, change the sheets & resettle my daughter for the night. I made my own bed - feeling thoroughly supported in my leggings - and slept with my bits all lined up properly. I woke up with no pain, no swelling, replenished energy, dressed & ready to repeat.
I bought these along with the pregnancy tights. I am in my 3rd trimester and have pelvic girdle pain and heaviness. I have found them great to wear on warm days when I need the support and have even worn them to work under my work pants. They much such a difference and provide amazing support.
