How long can I wear it for in a day?

For best results, we suggest wearing your supportwear daily for 8+ hours, especially if you’re dealing with acute symptoms like pelvic pain or heaviness.
Can I wear it after the baby arrives?

The Pregnancy Support Short is designed for late-pregnancy use. We have a dedicated postpartum range for after birth — many of our customers transition straight into it.
Will the Leggings/Shorts fit me for my whole pregnancy?

Yep! We designed Everform to support you all the way through. Based on healthy, average pregnancy weight gain, your usual size should grow with you. But comfort is key. If it ever feels too firm, it’s okay to size up. It should feel like a hug, not a squeeze.
How do I know what size I am?

We have a detailed sizing guide on each product page. Measure your hips at the widest point and match to our chart — when in doubt, size up.
Is the Pregnancy Support Short safe in my third trimester?

Yes. The Support Short is designed with pelvic floor physios and OB-GYNs specifically for use throughout pregnancy, including the final trimester. It supports without restricting bump growth or blood flow.
What size do I order if my bump is still growing?

Order your current pregnancy size — the Support Leggings and Shorts are built to accommodate growth through the third trimester. See our sizing guide below- use maximum hip width as your main sizing guide.
Will it actually help with my heavier second-time bump?

That's exactly what it's built for. The belly sling and back panels target the lower-back and pelvic load that hits harder and earlier in second pregnancies.
How firm should the compression be on my bump?

Supportive? Yes. Suffocating? Absolutely not. Our garments are designed to be firm enough to do their job, but not so tight that you dread putting them on. If you're in between sizes or sensitive to firm clothing, we recommend sizing up. It should feel secure, relieving, and something you want to wear. Expect them to settle and mould to your body in the first 48–72 hours.
Will it help with tired, swollen legs too?

Yes. Graduated compression from waist to knee helps reduce end-of-day leg swelling and heaviness - a common third-trimester ache.
