They give the perfect gentle compression ,supportive but still super comfortable. I love how they help me feel aligned and stable, especially during recovery. The fabric is soft, breathable, and feels like a little hug for your body while you heal. Definitely a postpartum essential!
Supportive around the pelvis and belly but definitely not long enough in the legs for me. I am 172cm tall, and have varicose veins from previous pregnancies that are around my right ankle and up my leg to the knee, so I need full length leggings.
The length of the leggings hits above my ankles and causes swelling at my foot. If I pull the legging down then the crotch is hanging low and it's uncomfortable to walk. An extra 5-10 cms would've been perfect to get them over my ankles and feel a lot better. Will be returning them unfortunately.

We actually previously ran an 'over ankle' length pregnancy legging to cater for taller ladies, but unfortunately they weren't popular enough to sustain as a product line. I wouldn't have believed that anything could do this, let alone something that actually felt better on than off. Their effectiveness does linger for a while after taking them off too. I couldn't make a pessary work, but with these on I can. The thing is that I just don't need one any more. The briefs seem to correct the layout down there without exacerbating constipation & they afford more control of #1's & #2's.
