Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This giveaway is conducted by Everform Therapywear Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
  • Entrants must provide valid contact details.

3. Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway commences at 12:00am on 26 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 10 June 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
  • Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter
Participants may enter the giveaway through the following methods:

  • Newsletter sign-up: 1 entry per valid email submission (1 entry total)
  • Purchase: 1 additional entry per completed purchase (2 entries total)
  • Pre-order purchase: 2 entries per completed pre-order (4 entries total)

Conditions:

  • Maximum of 2 newsletter sign-up entries per person.
  • Entries must be submitted using valid and verifiable information.
  • Purchases and pre-orders must be completed within the Promotional Period.

5. Purchase Conditions

  • Any purchase or pre-order used as an entry must not be returned, refunded, or cancelled.
  • If a purchase or pre-order is returned or refunded before the draw, the associated entries will be deemed invalid.

6. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a Cartier Love Ring valued at $2,260 AUD.
  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will take place on 11 June 2026 at 9:00am (AEST).
  • The winner will be notified via email and/or announced via the Promoter’s official channels.

8. Claiming the Prize

  • The winner must respond within 7 days of notification.
  • If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw a new winner.

9. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits fraudulent entries.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Liability

  • The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the giveaway or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

11. Third-Party Disclaimer

  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Cartier, Instagram, or any other third-party platform.

12. Privacy

  • By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter.
  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
