Description

How does it work?

We’re glad you asked. Everform Therapywear’s market-leading technology supports your postpartum recovery in 3 ways:

Lift
Patented FemmeCore™ Perineal uplift technology lifts and supports pelvic floor function.

Align
Anatomically designed panels align posture and position of the pelvic floor and organs to enhance recovery.

Balance
Targeted panel pressure offers support and relief, while still allowing natural movement and function.

The high-waisted design also supports recovery if you’ve had any abdominal separation.

How to fit

Finding the right fit is super important. Here's how to get your size right:

First, watch the video below. You'll need to measure the widest part of your hips. Getting the right size is key for the support panels to work properly, helping your form and recovery.

Everform compression should feel snug but comfy, never too tight. If you don't like tight clothes, go up a size. If your correct size feels a bit tight at first, don't worry – the fabric will mould to your shape after a few wears.

Level of compression

Our Postpartum Recovery range features medical-grade compression that offers 2-4X more pelvic support than other market competitors. It’s woven into the underwear to give you everyday support, and help you feel a little more like yourself again. Impressive, huh?

How does it help my pelvic floor?

Our pieces are designed to give your pelvic floor the support it actually needs. Most traditional supportwear focuses on your stomach and hips, but forgets the star of the show: your pelvic floor.

Our patented FemmeCore™ sling is specifically designed to lift and relieve pressure through the perineum and core, giving your body the kind of support that actually helps it recover.

So, just by pulling on your Everform, you’re actively supporting your healing and setting your pelvic health up for the long run.

Fabric
EverLift
compression is an ultra-supportive yet flexible fabric that supports your form and provides the ultimate alignment.

EvfmMesh provides targeted lift through your pelvic floor, so you feel stable and supported every time you move.

Multi-layer gusset works in 3 ways:
- A soft, anti-odour layer sits closest to your skin, drawing moisture away and keeping you dry.

- A middle layer is made from eco-friendly, antibacterial fabric to trap and neutralise odour.

- A final recycled waterproof layer keeps leaks locked in and sealed away, so you don’t have to think about it.

ALL YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Will my one Everform fit me for my whole pregnancy?

Yep! We designed Everform to support you all the way through. Based on healthy, average pregnancy weight gain, your usual size should grow with you. But comfort is key. If it ever feels too firm, it’s okay to size up. It should feel like a hug, not a squeeze.

How firm should the compression be on my bump?

Supportive? Yes. Suffocating? Absolutely not. Our garments are designed to be firm enough to do their job, but not so tight that you dread putting them on. If you're in between sizes or sensitive to firm clothing, we recommend sizing up. It should feel secure, relieving, and something you want to wear. Expect them to settle and mould to your body in the first 48–72 hours.

Can I wear shapewear in pregnancy?

It’s generally NOT recommended to wear shapewear in pregnancy. Most styles compress in all the wrong places — which isn’t what your growing bump needs. That’s exactly why we created the Bump Sling™ to cradle and support your belly without squashing it. Our fabric stretches, breathes, and moves with you. Because nothing you wear during pregnancy should feel restrictive, especially across your bump.

Is it safe to sleep in my pregnancy supportwear?

Yes, Everform pregnancy supportwear is safe to sleep in, but we usually recommend wearing it during the day, not around the clock. If you're thinking about overnight wear, it’s always a good idea to check in with your healthcare provider, especially if you have specific concerns.

How long should I wear my pregnancy support for?

For best results, we suggest wearing your supportwear daily for 8+ hours, especially if you're dealing with acute symptoms like pelvic pain or heaviness. Stick with it consistently for 6–12 weeks, depending on how you're feeling. After that, you can switch to wearing it as needed for movement, sport, or anytime you're on your feet for long stretches.

Can I get a health insurance rebate?

Easy. First, check your cover using the ARTG numbers:
 – Postpartum: ARTG #370871
 – Pregnancy: ARTG #370870Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send a receipt to your inbox with the ARTG number included. Just forward that to your insurer to process your health fund rebate. That’s it.

Do compression leggings help with pelvic pain?

They can — especially ours. Everform leggings are reinforced with a pelvic and lumbar support band that delivers targeted compression. That means less pressure where you don’t want it, and more support where it counts, which helps ease pelvic, back, and abdominal pain.

Do compression leggings help with back pain?

Yes, and not just a little bit. Our built-in lumbar support band helps take the load off your lower back, reducing tension and discomfort through the day. It’s like a gentle reminder your body doesn’t have to carry everything on its own.

I'm sleeping in these every night.

I think these kept me out of hospital.
I’ve managed postpartum incontinence (No. 1s & No. 2’s) for years, but was recently hospitalised for related complications. The problem began again several months later, so I tried sleeping in these. Upon waking the next morning, the condition had resolved. Weeks later, the scenario played out again – exactly the same.

I love that the gusset keeps liners & pads in place, I feel more confident that no leaks will escape. They even seem to moderate my super heavy, painful periods, which now go for 4 days instead of one violent day of gushing. They're great.

Tell us about these in antenatal classes!

Private hospitals should give these out to new mums. My body hasn’t really ever been good at… well, being a body, so over the years I tried many other brands without success. But I’m finding these leggings incredibly helpful. With their support I’ve been able to re-activate core muscles that had tapped out after an old injury. Over a few months, my exercises started to feel better and better. Afforded proper recruitment patterns during movement, I’ve made more progress with these than with the help of 12 physios over many years.

No more leaks. No more pain. No more swelling. No more monopoly.

These do unbelievable things for my pelvis, which has been stupid since I was a teenager. Almost a decade postpartum, I didn't think recovery compression could do anything more than afford 'supportive' emotional reassurance and the feeling of being wrapped in clingwrap. Clingwrap that at best told me where my upper body should be in relation to my lower body without a hint about how to get it there. Clingwrap that effectively forced my bulk further into my unstable pelvis. But these have helped SO much that my body's finally responding to the physio exercises. I'm stronger & almost completely pain free in my pelvis and low back. I'm not leaking from either outlet and I can actually do what the wee specialist told me I should be able to do - 500mL every time & only 4 wees per day. They are robust, firm enough to stop the varicose veins in my legs getting lumpy & hurting yet they are comfortable, beautiful and breathable. SRC has every woman I know thinking that there's no point in trying women's health compression garments. That there's no hope. (And has them also feeling rather sweaty & looking quite daggy.)
