How to fit
Finding the right fit is crucial to helping your Therapywear support you effectively. Our medical-grade support means sizing may differ from your everyday clothing.
Please refer to the product-specific size chart and measurements before choosing your size. A snug, supportive fit is essential for our Therapywear to work as intended.
Here's how to get your size right:
First, watch the video below. You'll need to measure the widest part of your hips. Getting the right size is key for the support panels to work properly, helping your form and recovery.
Everform compression should feel snug but comfy, never too tight. If you don't like tight clothes, go up a size. If your correct size feels a bit tight at first, don't worry – the fabric will mould to your shape after a few wears.
How long to wear
To aid recovery from leaks and heaviness we recommend wearing your garment for +8hours each day.
As this is a daily wear product, check out our bundles offer to get a discount when you buy 2 or more products. Wear one, wash one — repeat.
Level of compression
Our pelvic support and recovery range features medical-grade compression that offers 2-4X more pelvic support than other market competitors. It’s woven into the underwear to give you everyday support, and help you feel a little more like yourself again. Impressive, huh?
How does it help my pelvic floor?
Our pieces are designed to give your pelvic floor the support it actually needs. Most traditional supportwear focuses on your stomach and hips, but forgets the star of the show: your pelvic floor.
Our patented FemmeCore™ sling is specifically designed to lift and relieve pressure through the perineum and core, giving your body the kind of support that actually helps it recover.
So, just by pulling on your Everform, you’re actively supporting your healing and setting your pelvic health up for the long run.
Fabric EverLift compression is an ultra-supportive yet flexible fabric that supports your form and provides the ultimate alignment.
EvfmMesh provides targeted lift through your pelvic floor, so you feel stable and supported every time you move.
Multi-layer gusset works in 3 ways: - A soft, anti-odour layer sits closest to your skin, drawing moisture away and keeping you dry.
- A middle layer is made from eco-friendly, antibacterial fabric to trap and neutralise odour.
- A final recycled waterproof layer keeps leaks locked in and sealed away, so you don’t have to think about it.

Desperate for some relief from my prolapse whilst I await a specialist appointment I actually bought the LBL Recovery as the Pro Support wasn't available in my size. I have a fairly advanced prolapse and I am amazed at the lift it provides to enable me to exercise or be on my feet all day. An issue I have is the waistline is more elasticised isn't the best fit for my stomach and rolls after a short time wearing it. This can become quite tight and uncomfortable if I am out and unable to constantly adjust it. It is a sacrifice I am willing to pay for the benefit of supporting my prolapse. Perhaps a wider band at the top would suit me better. I also wear a pair of my usual cotton briefs underneath as the sling texture feels a bit too coarse on my skin. Maybe just a menopausal thing.

Not quite right!
This garment was well made but while the sizing was correct for me the actual under sling was far too loose. Rather than returning it I decided to make adjustments myself with a nip & tuck to the sling. I only wear it for a few hours per day in the hope that it will see me through to my Prolapse surgery.

Amazing!
Recommend by my physio, these undies gave me the lift and tightness I felt I needed without them feeling uncomfortable to wear!

Prolapse support
Very useful adjunct to my prolapse management. Need to do day on day off as its a very firm fit across the stomach and may feel too "strong" initially for daily comfort. Works well and is beautifully made.
Will my one Everform fit me for my whole pregnancy?
Yep! We designed Everform to support you all the way through. Based on healthy, average pregnancy weight gain, your usual size should grow with you. But comfort is key. If it ever feels too firm, it’s okay to size up. It should feel like a hug, not a squeeze.
How firm should the compression be on my bump?
Supportive? Yes. Suffocating? Absolutely not. Our garments are designed to be firm enough to do their job, but not so tight that you dread putting them on. If you're in between sizes or sensitive to firm clothing, we recommend sizing up. It should feel secure, relieving, and something you want to wear. Expect them to settle and mould to your body in the first 48–72 hours.
Can I wear shapewear in pregnancy?
It’s generally NOT recommended to wear shapewear in pregnancy. Most styles compress in all the wrong places — which isn’t what your growing bump needs. That’s exactly why we created the Bump Sling™ to cradle and support your belly without squashing it. Our fabric stretches, breathes, and moves with you. Because nothing you wear during pregnancy should feel restrictive, especially across your bump.
Is it safe to sleep in my pregnancy supportwear?
Yes, Everform pregnancy supportwear is safe to sleep in, but we usually recommend wearing it during the day, not around the clock. If you're thinking about overnight wear, it’s always a good idea to check in with your healthcare provider, especially if you have specific concerns.
How long should I wear my pregnancy support for?
For best results, we suggest wearing your supportwear daily for 8+ hours, especially if you're dealing with acute symptoms like pelvic pain or heaviness. Stick with it consistently for 6–12 weeks, depending on how you're feeling. After that, you can switch to wearing it as needed for movement, sport, or anytime you're on your feet for long stretches.
Can I get a health insurance rebate?
Easy. First, check your cover using the ARTG numbers: – Postpartum: ARTG #370871 – Pregnancy: ARTG #370870Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send a receipt to your inbox with the ARTG number included. Just forward that to your insurer to process your health fund rebate. That’s it.
Do compression leggings help with pelvic pain?
They can — especially ours. Everform leggings are reinforced with a pelvic and lumbar support band that delivers targeted compression. That means less pressure where you don’t want it, and more support where it counts, which helps ease pelvic, back, and abdominal pain.
Do compression leggings help with back pain?
Yes, and not just a little bit. Our built-in lumbar support band helps take the load off your lower back, reducing tension and discomfort through the day. It’s like a gentle reminder your body doesn’t have to carry everything on its own.
I purchased 5" PP support shorts and briefs and really recommend them post C-section. I've been wearing them for about a month now, and they provide firm but comfortable support without aggravating the incision site. Sizing chart and instructions were accurate and I began wearing them about one week PP. They have funny little straps to help to pull them up but I wouldn't use them because they tend to snap. Just shimmy into them!
I like how the gusset is detached (sort of floating) so that you can more easily use a pad/liner if needed. Briefs are great under loose, comfy shorts and the shorts look great under a long button-down shirt.
I am struggling big time with pelvic pain in the middle of my pregnancy. These shorts have been my best friend. Giving me much needed support when I am shuffling around in pain. I would recommend them. They are made really well. Supportive without being restrictive. Sizing was spot on. I wear them on their own or underneath clothing.

I’ve been very happy with the Everform pregnancy compression tights. The compression feels supportive without being too tight, which really helps with tired legs and mild swelling during pregnancy. The fabric is soft, breathable, and stretches nicely as the belly grows.
The waistband sits comfortably over the bump and doesn’t roll down, which is something I’ve struggled with in other maternity tights. They are also durable and keep their shape well after washing.
I just wish they would come in nude color as well to be able to wear them under dresses or other clothes.
Overall, they are a great combination of comfort, support, and quality for pregnancy.
I experienced bad round ligament and pelvic girdle pain through pregnancy, as well as urinary incontinence. As you can imagine, this made me quite hesitant about how to continue with my usual exercise routine. In combination with regular physio treatment, my Everforms were the ultimate support. They grew with my belly from 16 right through to 39 weeks, the fabric continued to breath through a heatwave, and they washed and wore perfectly. I've been recommending Everform to all my gym pals and instructors, and will absolutely be stocking up for postpartum!!
